Billing Policy

This is how Insightive LLC-FZ invoices and is paid. The specifics for any engagement are set in your signed proposal; this page is the general policy.

Currency and VAT

Fees are quoted in AED or USD and are exclusive of VAT. A 5% VAT is added where UAE tax regulations require it.

Projects

Project work is billed against the milestones agreed in your proposal, beginning with a mobilization payment on acceptance and continuing as each milestone is delivered.

Retainers

Retainers are billed in advance, on the first of each month, with payment due within 15 days of the invoice.

Invoices, late payment and disputes

Unless your proposal states otherwise, invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Amounts unpaid more than 30 days past the due date may attract a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance. If you believe an invoice is wrong, raise it within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve it quickly. Billing questions go to legal@insightive.ltd.
